I feel like a kid at Christmas this fall, since being on bed rest all fall last year I feel like I missed out on my favorite time of year. I've been trying to soak up everything about this time of year and one of them being hiking. I took the girls up to Alta to hike to Cecret Lake, we didn't make it very far but it was a fun trip and we had a nice picnic in the forest. Maybe next year we can make it all the way.
