We went and participated in the Out of Darkness Suicide Prevention Walk again this year. I took Gemma with us and walked half way before my pregnant self was done and we went back to the park area and enjoyed the live music and cousins. I'm always amazed at the amount of people there and how much it has grown in the years we have gone. It's nice to see the community being so supportive of the cause but also sad to see so many more people being affected and hurt by this horrible disease.
